- Pre-solicitation Notice W9127S-08-T-0019: This solicitation is set-aside for small business under North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 561720 (Janitorial). The small business size standard is $15 million. FedBizOpps Numbere d note 1 applies. The solicitation is for a commercial performance based service contract to provide janitorial services at the William C. Garner Visitors Center to include outdoor patios, walkways, and parking areas under jurisdiction of the Greers Ferry Project Office, Heber Springs, Arkansas. The proposed contract will be issued for a base period of February 1, 2008 through January 31, 2009 and four annual option periods. Solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) utilizing Simplified A cquisition Procedures and award will be made to the lowest priced responsible offeror. This solicitation will be issued via Internet only at the Armys Single Face to Industry Website (ASFI) on or about December 18, 2007. It is each offerors responsibil ity to download the solicitation from the internet website. No paper copies will be provided. Notification of amendments shall be made via the Internet as well. It is therefore the contractors responsibility to check the ASFI website daily for any post ed changes to this solicitation. Contractors may view and/or download this solicitation and all amendments from the Internet after solicitation issuance at the following Internet address: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/solicitation_search_form.cfm and search for Solicitation Number W9127S0780019. All offerors are encouraged to visit the Armys Single Face to Industry Website (ASFI) at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi to view other business opportunities.
