- This is a sources sought synopsis for temporary lodging for soldiers. Lodging will be in the form of one bedroom or two bedroom apartments located within a five to ten mile radius of Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, IL. The base requirement is fo r 17 one bedroom apartments and 21 two bedroom apartments beginning in January 2008. We may award more than one contract to satisfy the requirement. Any resulting contract(s) may include included option quantities and an option year. Apartments will in clude furniture, house wares, gas, electric, water and sewer. Phone, cable or satellite TV, and high speed internet are desired but not required.
