- The Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, intends to contract with the Leonard Wood Family Communities, LLC, Fort Leonard Wood, Missiouri, on a sole source basis, to provide an estimated 285 unfurnished two and three bedroom housing units for government personnel during the period 1 January 2008 through 31 March 2008. The Leonard Wood Family Communities, LLC is the contractor for the Fort Leonard Family housing privatization and the housing units are locate d at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 531110 with a size standard of $6.5M. Any resultant contact shall be a firm fixed price contract. All firms believing that they can provide these or equa l accommodations, to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 20 December 2007, The response must clearly show that their accomodations are adequate and available without compromising the quality of life of the tenants or causing them unnecessa ry hardship.
