- Description
- Architect Engineering (Multi-Discipline) to provide design services of various projects for a one year period from date of award with four (4) renewal option years. The facility is a campus layout with nine patient buildings and sixteen administrative/support buildings. The company would be expected to act as a consultant to the Medical Center on an as needed basis for the purpose of developing complete construction drawings and specifications for projects varying in scope and complexity. Typical projects would include ward renovations, clinic designs, and site improvements. The company must have the capability to design a complete healthcare renovation or addition. This would include the services of certified and registered professionals in the areas of Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical, and Structural, Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, and Fire Protection. Total amount of proposed contracts including option years shall not exceed $2,000,000.00. Each Task Order issued will not exceed $450,000.00. Selection will be based on the following criteria: Recent specialized experience in hospital settings, previous work with government contracts, proposed team and proximity to the St. Cloud VAMC. Subcontractors, and consultants to be assigned to the project should be registered with the State of Minnesota. Firms desiring consideration shall submit appropriate SF 254 and 255 no later than close of business January 7, 2008. The North American Industrial Classification Code is 541310. This solicitation is a set aside for small business. Special consideration will be given to those firms with a "Small Emerging" business size standard. SF 330's are due 1/7/2008 by 2:00 p.m. to Wendy Hoeschen, Contracting Officer, 4801 Veterans Drive, St Cloud MN 56303.
