- Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, transportation and supervision necessary to provide courier services for test specimens and forms from Quest Diagnostic Offices located in Hyannis, MA; North Dartmouth, MA; and Newport, RI to the VA Medical Center, Providence, RI. This project is subject to the Service Contract Act. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business. The applicable NAICS code is 492110 and the size standard is 1,500 employees. Award will be based on the best value to the Government. Evaluation factors include price and past performance/similar experience. The solicitation package will be available on or about December 7, 2007. The date for receipt of quotations is scheduled for December 21, 2007 at 12:00 noon. All relevant solicitation documents may be accessed for download on the date of issue at the following website: http://www.fbo.gov. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted solely to this web site. It is the responsibility of the offeror to verify the number of amendments issued.
