- The U. S. Coast Guard, Engineering Logistics Center has a requirement to purchase the following items: valves, elbows, flanges, pipes, tubing, couplings, adapters, gasket kits, and other similar parts. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 332911 and the small business size standard is 500. Delivery should be FOB Destination ONLY. The delivery address is: USCG Engineering Logistics Center, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Bldg. 88, Receiving Room, Baltimore, MD 21226. Any inquiries should be submitted to Ron Almond at ronald.almond@uscg.mil. No solicitation packages will be mailed. A firm-fixed price purchase order will be awarded as a result of this competition. A complete description of the contract line items and required time of delivery will be included in Solicitation No. HSCG40-08-Q-40284. All responsible sources are invited to submit a quotation/proposal, which shall be considered by the U. S. Coast Guard. All technical data required to respond to the solicitation will be furnished as part of the RFQ. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. A solicitation is forth coming and will be released on or about 11 December 2007.
