- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item in accordance with FAR PART 12. NSN 6850-01-390-7816 for Cleaning Compound, Aerospace Equipment I/A/W SPEC NR MIL PRF-87937D. QPL Applies, unit of issue is 55 Gallon Drum. Shelf Life, Type II, 36 Months. This solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed Type Contract for a quantity of 468 Drums. FOB Destination and Inspecion/Acceptance at Destination. Delivery required is 43 days ARO. A copy of the solicitation will be available on 7 December 2007, via the Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the same issue date cited in the solicitation.
