- Re-opening of solicitation SPM7A5-07-R-0047, NSN 4730-01-140-6760. Parker Hannifin (11362) p/n BV15416-16A-F2M, quantity 416 each, FOB destination to Tracy CA and New Cumberland PA, delivery 120 days. See Note 26. The amendment, solicitation, and any attachments will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date of 12/20/07. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 ( c ) (1). Approved source is: Parker Hannifin. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
