- Description
- Work consists of, but is not limited to the following: The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, supervision, equipment, and perform all operations necessary to accomplish all work in accordance with the specifications and drawings, specified herein, or as needed to install HVAC, building 90028. This project will install a new split system Liebert ? type HVAC system ducted to rooms with manual balancing dampers. It will provide electrical, mechanical, controls, and structural to support the installation of this unit. The work shall be fully complete in accordance with the contract documents. A site visit will be scheduled approximately 15 days from the solicitation issue date. This is an unrestricted special straddle bid acquisition. Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under the solicitation until funds are available. If funds are not received by 30 Sep 07, this project will be cancelled. Estimated magnitude for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000.
