- Description
- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to procure 200(ea) Fluorescent Fixture 277 Volt-2-Tube 96 Highs Output T-8 Rapid Start Electronic Ballast Dust and Vapor Tight with Clear Lens. Brand Name Mobern P/N VT296EL0H0277 (No Substitutions Allowed). The procedures are set forth in FAR Part 13 and will be used in conjunction with FAR Part 12.6 this is a combined synopsis/solicitation. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; therefore a written request for quotation will not be issued. This procurement is 100% set aside for small businesses. The request for Quotation (RFQ) Number is RFQ-08-0065. Delivery terms are F.O.B. Destination with Consignees Premises to the Bureau of Engraving and Printing, D Street between 13th & 14 Streets S.W., Washington, DC 20228. Delivery must be made on or before December 18, 2007. The basis for award shall be delivery and price. Al interested small businesses are requested to submit a written quotation which will be considered by the agency. Quotations may be submitted on SF1449 or company letterhead, Quotations shall be include the RFQ number, the proposed unit price, the proposed extended price, delivery period any prompt payment or discount terms, point of contact, tax identification number, DUNS number, any size status (i.e., small business, small disadvantage business, and/ of woman owned business). If this item is available under GSA schedule please provide the schedule number. Quotations are due December 13, 2007.
