- The Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District, has a need for Engineering Services During Construction of the Emsworth Main Channel Locks and Dam Abutment Stabilization. The requirement is for engineering services throughout the length of the contract for the stabilization of the main channel abutment wall at the Emsworth locks and dams. This procurement is being procured on a sole source basis through DLZ National Inc., the designer of record for the stabilization of the Emsworth locks and dams main channel abutment wall. Authority 10 U.S. C.2034 (C)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1: Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The contract is anticipated to include a Not to Exceed (NTE) funding allotment. The value of this requirement is under $100,000. The requirement falls under NAICS Code 541330.
