- This is a pre-solicitation notice only. The solicitation will be posted to the FedBizOpps website, www.fbo.gov on or about December 5, 2007. Provide all materials as requested on the scope of work, including delivery of such no later than January 7 , 2008. This solicitation is a request for quote and is issued as 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The following NAICS code 238120 will apply with the size standard of $13.5 Million. The date and time for receipt of quotes will be on or about December 1 4, 2007, 4:00 p.m. local time. It is the offerors responsibility to monitor the fedbizopps web site for amendments to the solicitation. The resultant contract will be a Firm Fixed Priced Contract in accordance with the solicitation procedures outlined i n FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items/Services. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov. The solicitation will not be available in paper format. Electronic submittal of an offer will be allowed by email to the contract specialist or electronic bid submittal available from ASFI. Facsimile submittals are not allowed All documents required for the offer submitt al, including amendments to the offer submittal, must be included.
