- Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the U.S. Army RDECOM Acquisition Center, Natick Contracting Division , intends to award a sole source contract to Leading Technology Composites Inc.,2626 W May Street, Wichita, Kansas, 67213-1854, for 12 x 12 D yneema HB2 backing to 0.32 thick Sintered SiC tiles ; Build to 6.7 psf and Apply 12x 12 Dyneema HB2 backing to 0.36 thick Hot Pressed B4C tiles ; Build to 6.7 psf. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or a request for offers. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of competitive procurement in the future. Interested Parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement to the U.S. Army RDECOM Acquisition Center, Natick Contracting Division, via e-mail. No solicitation package is available. The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract. The No rth American Industry Classification System for this procurement is 334515.
