- The Michigan Army National Guard has a requirement for footlockers/tool boxes delivered to six locations. Solicitation number W912JB-08-T-2001 will be available on or about 5 December 2007 at our website http://www.nationalguardcontracting.org/ebs/A dvertisedSolicitations.asp. Completed proposals must be submitted to the USPFO for Michigan no later than 12:30p.m., EDT, 13 December 2007. The projected contract award date is on or about 14 December 2007. Eventual contract award will be based on Best Value and vendors should be prepared to submit a quote that they feel will best support our requirements. This procurement will be a small business set-aside.
