- This sources sought Request for Information (RFI) is issued for informational and planning purposes to locate capable small business concerns. The Air Force is conducting market research and desires input from industry to assist in requirements planning. The information requested by this synopsis will be used within the Air Force to facilitate the decision making process and will not be disclosed outside of the agency. Please note: The Air Force will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this RFI. Performance Requirements: The Air Mobility Command (AMC) is interested in the identification of capable sources to provide Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) to the Installations and Mission Support Directorate, Security Forces Division to include technical and analytical assistance across a wide range of antiterrorism/force protection (AT/FP) mission and mission support functions including planning, programming, budgeting, policy development and analysis, special studies and force management as well as AT/FP, contingency support operations, air base defense, security, police services and vulnerability assessment programs. Executive-level contractor advice is also required to assist Security Forces leadership assess its strategic planning, including planning, programming, and decision system (PPDS), Program Objective Memorandum (POM), Programming Budget Directives (PBD), future mission requirements, and to support leadership discussions with other key Air Force Security Forces agencies including Air Staff, the Security Forces Center (SFC), Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) and Electronic Systems Command (ESC). Support will include both quick response and long-term analysis tasks.
