- This announcement constitutes Solicitation number FA4801-08-T-0002, which will be issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract. Per Far 36.204 the Magnitude of the project is estimated to be in the following range: Less than $25,000.00. The solicitation shall incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 2005-16).This acquisition is to be 100% set-aside and awarded to a small business concern. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 332323. The size standard is 500 Employee?s. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Contractor shall repair any damage to the existing construction that is caused by his operations. The Contractor shall furnish all material, labor, tools, transportation, and equipment necessary to accomplish the work.
