- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs, HSR&D Department, in accordance with FAR 6.302.1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Menlo Innovations of Ann Arbor, MI 48104. NAICS 541512 applies. Contractor shall provide consultations services for HSR&D's AIM-SDP research project "Adherence and Intensification of Medications (AIM) Implementation Study". The purpose of the project is to evaluate a tailored clinical pharmacist-based intervention to improve medication management, adherence, and blood pressure control. Alcohol and drug use are not permitted in the apartments which will be monitored twenty-four (24) hours a day. The Period of Performance shall be from the date of award, through July 2008. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than 1:00 pm on December 19,2007.
