- The U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) intends to procure services to support the Office of Native American Programs (ONAP) including, but not limited to, on-site technical assistance, the development and delivery of training, professional technical writing services, management analysis, research, assessments, evaluations, and seminar and conference support. The performance period is one year with options for four additional years. HUD intends to make multiple awards for these services. The RFP will be made available for downloading approximately 30 days after publication of this notice on HUD's Contracting Opportunities website at http://www.hud.gov/offices/cpo/index.cfm. Potential offerors who download a copy of the RFP from HUD's website will not automatically receive any amendments to the RFP. You are advised to check back frequently to see if HUD has issued any amendments to the RFP. All amendments will be posted to FedBizOpps and the HUD Contracting Opportunities website. As stated in the RFP, all questions must be submitted via email no later than the deadline specified. Questions will be answered via an amendment to the solicitation.
