- Description
- Provide labor, material and equipment to remove and scrap Trailer T-1, metal-sided, approximately 480 square feet and Trailer T-2, wood-sided, approximately 528 square feet. Remove axles, wheels, foundation blocks, stands, stairs and concrete pads. An asbestos survey, dated July 2007, is available upon request. A site visit is required and will be scheduled in December and advertised within 1 week. Disposal costs shall be included in price. Contractor shall provide barricades and dust control partitions, as needed to protect surrounding buildings from dust and damage. All existing water, irrigation lines, lighting, power and telephone conduits and wires, sewer lines, structures and other existing improvements shall remain in place, and not disturbed, damaged or disconnected by the Contractor. Repair for any disturbances, damage or disconnections shall be borne by the Contractor. Grounds shall be left rake-clean with all construction debris moved off-site. Government will provide electrical power for tools and small equipment. Alternative Payment Protection is required. This announcement will be modified to include all clauses and applicable wage determination.
