- NSN 5961-01-306-7466 PR 0016972035 SPM7A5-08-R-0015. Solid State Devices (30043) p/n S6479H4, Northrop Grumman (97942) p/n 586R479H04,quantity 11,157 each,including option. FOB destination to New Cumberland PA and Hill AFB UT, with delivery in 180 days. See Note 26. The solicitation, attachments, and any subsequent amendments will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date of 21 Dec 07. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Proposed procurement contains a 30% option for increased quantities. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 ( c ) (1). Approved sources are: Solid State Devices, Northrop Grumman. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
