- NSN: 4720-01-470-3076. I/A/W DRAWING NR 19207 12469061. QUANTITY: 114,000. UNIT OF ISSUE: EACH. DESTINATION INFORMATION: Items will be shipped to various zones within CONUS. DELIVERY SCHEDULE: FOB is destination and INSPECTION/ACCEPTANCE is destination. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See notes 4 and 9. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of December 20, 2007. The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times as the discretion of the government. The total duration of the contract (base year plus 4 (four) option years) shall not exceed 5 (five years). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
