- Description
- Service contract for all fees, labor, packing, removal, transportation and disposal of hazardous items from DRMO: Scott, Whiteman, Crane, Great Lakes, Rock Island, Duluth, Selfridge, Sparta and surrounding locations. SP4400-08-R-0004 will be issued on or around 04 JAN 2008 on the World Wide Web: www.drms.dla.mil. This solicitation will be a Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity/Delivery (IDIQ) for a period of one 18-month base period and two (2) 18-month option periods. Performance will be requested by issuance of written task orders against the basic contract. Qualifications: Prospective contractors and subcontractors must be able to meet all Federal, State, local laws, ordinance, and regulations governing handling, transportation, and disposal of hazardous waste materials and environmental protection. The contract award decision will be based on a combination of past performance and price. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for a 8 (a) small business concerns.
