- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Contingent upon the availability of funds. (ii) This solicitation, FA2517-07-T-5009, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) A statement that the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-20. (iv) This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 453998 and the size standard is $6.5 million. (vi) The following commercial item is requested in this solicitation: Please see attached list of mobility equipment. All items are brand name or equal. For equal please provide a description/picture. (vii) Products will be delivered FOB destination to Peterson AFB, CO.
