- Description
- This solicitation requests proposals to carry out a contract to analyze library services provided by 52 entities (each state, Puerto Rico, and the District of Columbia) that receive IMLS library Grants to States, using as key sources IMLS?s Five-Year Plans, SLAA annual reports, and Five-Year Evaluation reports for these grantees in the period 2002-2007. The offeror will have to address a number of issues presented by the time available for the analysis and the complexity of the task and present a report of findings to IMLS. The solicitation documents will be made available on or about October 5, 2007 with proposals anticipated to be due on or about November 5, 2007. NOTE: The solicitation described in this notice was previously issued under cancelled solicitation IMLS-RFP-07-002 and is being reissued under this solicitation. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (19-SEP-2007).
