- The solicitation (SSA-RFP-08-1028) will be available on the Fed Biz Ops (FBO) web page at http://www.fbo.gov on or about Monday, January 14, 2008. Prospective offerors will be given an opportunity to do a walk through of the two warehouse facilities and to submit questions prior to the submission of proposals. The date of the walk through and submission date for questions will be addressed in the Request for Proposal package. All parties interested in submitting an offer should download the solicitation from the FBO web site. No telephone, email or fax requests will be honored.
