- Description
- The Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) has a requirement for lodging and meeting space for various IMLS meetings, conferences, etc., some involving lodging only and others for utilizing hotel meeting spaces for conferences, training sessions, etc. This solicitation will result in a multiple award contracted and it is anticipated that up to five contracts may be awarded, which will contain a Base Period of approximately 8 months and up to four (4), one-year options for a not to exceed total of 56 months. Each contractor will have a guaranteed minimum of $20,000.00, which will be satisfied during the Base Period by the issuance of one or more Delivery Orders. Awarded contractors will compete for individual Delivery Orders based on qualifications and price. The procurement will be negotiated on a best value basis in accordance with FAR 15.101, based primarily on trade-off between technical qualifications, present/past performance, and price. The solicitation documents will be made available on or about December 18, 2007 with proposals anticipated to be due on or about January 7, 2008.
