- FISC - NNSY Maritime Industrial Branch, Hampton Roads Division proposes to contract on a sole source basis with Energy Solution, (formally Duratek, Inc.). for CLIN 0001 - purchase of two (2) each Model PL 14-195 High Integrity Containers (HICs) IAW Energy Solutions/Duratek Drawing C-042-046941-001, Rev. 2 and additional requirements set forth is written solicitation; CLIN 0002 - purchase of two (2) each Model PL21-300 High Integrity Containers (HICs) IAW Energy Solutions/Duratek Drawing C-042-046941-001, Rev. 2 and additional requirements set forth in written solicitation; CLIN 0003 - rental of one (1) each transport trailer and tie-down gear to be used for transporting Model 14-195H cask with the PL14-195 HIC for a period of six (6)months minimum but not to exceed ten (10) months, trailer must be capable of accepting a Energy Solutions/Duratek 14 Series Personnel Barrier; CLIN 0004 - rental of two each Model 21-300 Casks and applicable transport trailers for a period of six (6) months but not to exceed ten (10) months. The contractor will be required various test reports, certifications proof of inspections and approvals IAW detailed specifications set forth in the solicitation. Delivery will be to Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA 23709-5000. Requirement will be handled utilizing simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. NAICS Code 334516 applies with a size standard of 500 employees. Important Notice: DFAR 252.204-7004 REQUIRED CENTRAL REGISTRATION (CCR) applies. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. Information regarding CCR may be found at www.ccr.gov.
