- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Request fo r Quotes (RFQ) are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Fort Riley has a requirement for 220 Each Bunker Blocks (Dimensions 5 Long x 30 Wide x 30 High). The layout design will be multiple walls surrounding the village and walli ng off and limiting access of both ends of the village. Blocks will be inner-locking so they can not slip or be pushed off one another. The blocks will have multiple walls equalling to 505 Linear Feet with the wall being 2 blocks high tall. See Technical E xhibit-1 for the proposed bunker blocks site plan drawing. The Governments required delivery date is January 3, 2008. The Contractor shall be responsible for the delivery and installation of the blocks in accordance with Technical Exhibit-1. The Contracto r shall coordinate for additional guidance from the Government (G3 Training/Division FRTM Cell) prior to its installation. The anticipated contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and FOB Destination. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-14 effective on November 22, 2006. The procurement is Set-Aside 100% for Small Business (SB). The applicable NAICS code is 327331 with a size standard of 500 Employees. Inspectio n and acceptance shall be at destination. The preferred payment will be thru My Invoice or other Electronic means. The Contractor must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) http://www.ccr.gov/ and registration in Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) https://orca.bpn.gov/ are mandatory. A single award will be made to the responsible contractor based on its price/quote and delivery date.
