- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. Solicitation Number FA0451-08-R-0001 is being issued as a request for proposal (RFP) and this solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) #2005-20, dated 06 September 2007. The NAICS Code for this solicitation/synopsis is 333315, the Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. No national stock number has been assigned.
