- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Sub Part 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number F3HRA17248A001 is issued as a request for quotations. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-19.; the NAICS Code is 423610; the NAICS size standard is 100 employees. 55 CONS intends to issue a firm fixed priced purchase order for the purchase and installation of: 0001: (15 each, 3 pnlbrd, 100kVA); 0002: (3 each, 2 pnlbrd, 50kVA) - Power Distribution Units (PDU), power whips, circuit breakers, and remote monitoring capability (including shipment). Please see attached schedule A list of all associated parts and part numbers. The first 3 100kVA PDUs and associated whips and circuit breakers must be delivered as soon as possible, the remainder can be delivered incrementally between 2 January and 1 April 2008. Delivery and timing details will be discussed after an award has been made.
