- Description
- This is a combined Synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. FAR Subpart 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items will be utilized for this acquisition. The Solicitation Number is HSCG40-08-Q-29042. This announcement constitutes the solicitation and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-21 and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and FAR Part 6.302.1. Quotations are being requested; a written solicitation package WILL NOT be issued. All responsible and responsive sources are invited to express their interest and ABILITY to provide the below-described repairs by written request, via Fax (410)762-6640 or E-Mail to Erin Mallard, e-mail: Erin.L.Mallard@uscg.mil no later than December 7, 2007. The NAICS for this combined synopsis/solicitation is 811213 and the small business size standard is $6.0 mil. Repairs shall be in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. The U.S. Coast Guard ELC has a requirement for the Open/Inspect/Report and Repair of the following equipment (Please note: The NSN's may appear as duplicates but shall be priced individually, as provided below, in accordance with the Line Items as stated):
