- This is a combined synopsis/soliciation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 2.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Request for Quotation number is HSCG25-07-Q-3L3E22 and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acq. Circular 2005-15. This acquisition is set aside for small business un NAICS Code 321219. The Government proposes to solicit quotes for the following items: Provide Item 1, 1/2 inch x 4ft MDO ext fir plywood, 1 side, approx. 1247 pieces and item 2, 1 inch x 4 inch x 12ft number 2 full thick 1 inch yellow pine. Proposals should include freight to ISC St. Louis, Industrial Division, Foot of Arsenal St., St. Louis, MO 63118. The following FAR provisions apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items, all offerors are to include with their quote a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3. Clauses are available upon request from the contracting Officer or at http://www.arnet.gov/far/97=03/html/52_000.html. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or EO Commercial Items. Clauses cited in FAR 52.212-5 are applicable to this acquisition.
