- PR:0016696597, Supporting the F-15 and F-16 Aircraft Program. Insulation Pipe Covering. This Solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract. PRLI 0001 quantity is 900 and PRLI 0002 quantity is 600 totaling 1500 with a 100% Option. FOB Destination with inspection and acceptance at origin. This is not a critical application item. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as 100% Small Business Set Aside. The NSN is 1660-01-134-1007, 274-day delivery. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), the final contract award decision may be used upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
