- Description
- Government-owned, Contractor operated (GOCO) Fuel Services, to include bulk storage, inventory control, distribution, and fuels accounting at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey. The contractor shall provide all necessary management, supervision, personnel, labor, materials, parts, general and specialized equipment to maintain and operate Government (Air Force) owned fuel facilities and equipment at Incirlik AB, Turkey. The estimated performance period is October 1, 2007 through September 30, 2012. Services are currently being performed by Air Force personnel. This procurement will be unrestricted. The solicitation will be published electronically on both the FedBizOpps website and the DESC-FP solicitation download website. http://www.desc.dla.mil. Solicitation will be posted to both websites on or about April 3, 2007. Questions should be emailed to the email addresses within this solicitation announcement. Best Value, Source Selection procedures will be used in this procurement. A mandatory pre proposal conference and site visit will be conducted for this solicitation. Registration requirements, location, dates and times of this conference will be included in the solicitation when issued; attendance is mandatory.
