- This is a synopsis for an upcoming solicitation for Outreach Support. Request for proposal will be released on or about 26 October 2007. Period of performance for any resulting contract will be 1 December 2007 through 30 November 2008 with three option periods. Offeror must be registered under Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov). This is a HUBZone Set-aside. Award will be based on Performance Price Tradeoff (PPT). NAICS code 541611 applies. The Small Business Size Standard is $6.5 Million.
