- Description
- The Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Fort Lewis, Washington is soliciting for proposals to award a single, firm fixed price type contract. The contractor shall provide all personnel and resources necessary to provide a Survey of the Pavement Management System and Installation on Fort Lewis and Yakima Training Center, Washington. Contract period of performance consists of a Base Period (1 March 2008 to 28 February 2009) and four one-year option periods. The proposed procurement i s 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The Request for Proposal (RFP) number is W911S8-08-R-0003. The applicable NAICS code is 541370 and the small business standard is $4.5 Million. A complete description and instructions for submission of offe rs for the Survey for Pavement Management System and Installation will be provided within the solicitation and will be posted to FedBizOpps and on the Fort Lewis Directorate of Contracting website. When issued, the solicitation will be available for downl oading from our web site at http://www.lewis.army.mil/doc under Solicitations, and through FedBizOpps at http://www.fbo.gov after the date of release. The estimated issue date is 14 December 2007 and the anticipated closing date is 14 January 2008 at 2:00 :00 PM (PST). All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. Firms offering a response to this notice should ensure they are registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database at http://www.ccr.gov/ and the applicable NAICS code 541370 is included in the CCR profile prior to submission of offers for consideration.
