These units are located at various sites throughout a standard, multi-story hospital facility. Sources are being solicited to identify any potential vendor capable of performing this work who holds the necessary technical competencies and evidence of an acceptable past performance record. Geographic proximity to the location of work is not required, but any potential offeror must be able to perform this work on-site within a reasonable time frame with no delays or lapses in performance due to geographic location. If at least two responsible sources are identified that fulfill the same socio-economic category, the Contracting Officer may set this solicitation aside. If no responses are received, or there is no level of response adequate to justify a socio-economic set-aside, the Contracting Officer may release this solicitation to the open market. Under the provisions of PL 109-461, if only one Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business or Veteran Owned Small Business concern is determined responsible and offers reasonable pricing, the Contracting Officer may set this work aside to negotiate a sole-source award. Multiple SDVOSB or VOSB responses deemed able to perform this work may result in a competitive set-aside. For more information on the equipment to be serviced, please contact the contracting officer, Jason V. White, at 716-862-6004. This solicitation is anticipated to be released within thirty days of the close of this notice.
