- NSN: 3820-01-473-2777 - Snow Plow Package. Arrowhead Equipment Inc. part AH24VHUM. It is the intent of the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia/ C&E Division to award this item under a two year Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) contract with a total value not to exceed $5,500,000.00.
