- Description
- This requirement is for the Heavy Duty Tow Tractor in accordance with the Purchase Description PD07WRGBGBEC33, DATED 22 May 2007. This requirement will consist of two each with no option periods. This requirement is full and open competition to both large and small business. Subcontracting plan will be required in the RFQ. FAR 12 and FAR 13 procedures will be employed with a Pre Production Unit required, Pre Production Test Procedures IAW DD Form 1423 in addition to data requirements such as technical manuals, Provisioning IAW DD Form 1423-1. ANTICIPATED THAT THE RFP WILL BE RELEASED ON OR ABOUT 12 OCT 2007. THE RFQ WILL BE POSTED TO THE FEDERAL BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES WEBPAGE. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (01-OCT-2007).
