Request for Proposal will be posted to NECO and FEDBIZOPPS identifying all specification requirements at http://www.neco.navy.mil and http://www.fedbizopps.gov respectively. NECO lists Business Opportunities for several naval activities including FISC Norfolk, Portsmouth Naval Shipyard Annex. Solicitations issued by the Shipyard can be found under command/site N00189.
