- DESC: See numbered note 26. NSN 1095-01-523-4304, Rack, Storage Small.The item is being procured in accordance with code and part number 58928 P/N UWRM16. Qty 117 each to be delivered to Tracy, CA and 2531 each to New Cumberland, PA, with 100% option. The required delivery schedule is 120 days after date of award. Solicitation is a RFP and will be available after 17 Dec 2007 (issue date) from http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp. This is a unrestricted buy. Military and commercial specifications cannot be provided by DSCC. Drawing will be available with solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. See numbered note 26. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award decision will be based upon a price,past performance, Proposed Delivery, Socio Economic factors, and JWOD Program will be evaluated as described in Section M in this solicitation.
