- DESCRIPTION: 91?JAPAN PC&S, Gasoline; Mid-Grade Unleaded (MUM) estimated quantity: 21,790,970 USG. Fuel Oil; Burner (FJ1) estimated quantity: 2,546,000 USG. Delivery to various locations in Japan. The contract period for all items issued under this solicitation is from Date of Award through 30 June 2010. Contracts awarded as a result of this solicitation will be requirements type contracts, fixed price with economic price adjustment. All responsible sources are invited to submit offers. DESC anticipates conducting discussions with offerors submitting proposals under subject solicitation, but reserve the right to make contract award(s) based on initial offers submitted.
