- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Office of the General Counsel has a requirement for online legal research services via the internet. Period of Performance for this requirement is 1 October 2007 ? 31 July 2008. Due to the unique nature of this legal research tool, the Government intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competitive basis with West Publishing Corporation. Award is to be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Written requests for copies of Request for Quotation may be faxed @ (301) 757-9046 or emailed to the attention of Staci Chinault, staci.chinault@navy.mil, (301) 757-7034 by 1630 25 September 2007. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered by the agency. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (24-SEP-2007).
