- Description
- The proposed procurement is for (5) NSN's 4810-01-055-3404, 4810-01-055-4860, 4730-01-106-5966, 4730-01-106-6563 and 4730-01-117-6398 in accordance with approved part numbers from Whittaker Controls (79318) and Lockheed Martin Corp.(81755). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Items are not Critical Safety Items. Anticipated contract type is an Indefinite Quantity Contract. This proposed procurement contains an option to extend the Base Year one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total contract length shall not exceed 3 years. Items to be shipped to various locations within the established minimum and maximum quantity limits, on an as needed basis. Small Business size standard is 500 employees. This is an Unrestricted acquisition. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of the offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Refer to Section "M", note 26. This solicitation will close on or about 14, May, 2007. The contract specialist will not be able to provide copies of the solicitation. The solicitation will not be available until the issue date at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (04-APR-2007).
