- Description
- The Coronado National Forest, Tucson, Arizona, is soliciting for hazardous fuel reduction treatment. The proposed project is located on the Sierra Vista Ranger district south of Patagonia, AZ. Contractor shall provide any and all labor, equipment, supplies, services, permits, and licenses necessary to perform 1,000 acres of fuels reduction and mitigation using a hydro-axe machine. Contract time is 150 calendar days. Price range is between $100,000 to $500,000. Award will be based on best value to the Government upon evaluation of price and past performance. The estimated start work date will be November 5, 2007. THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY! Solicitation will be sent hardcopy 1-2 weeks after initial response date.
