- Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Charleston (SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston) intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis with Center for Advanced Public Safety Information Technology, Inc. (CAPSIT) for system architecture development, configuration, test and evaluation, demonstration and implementation of an information management system. Place of performance: Philadelphia, PA, Jacksonville, FL. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract is anticipated. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.
