- Naval Meteorology and Oceanography Center, Norfolk, VA intends to award a sole source contract to Wright Line LLC, Worcester, MA 01606 for the following items: Wright Line manufactured office furniture; Delivery Date Jan 28, 2008. The authority for this sole source action is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the Agency's requirement. In order to match existing furniture previously purchase from Wright Line LLC, Wright Line products will be used to provide continuity throughout the NAS North Island Aviation Forecast Watch Floor. Although other furniture brand matches functionally, it does not match in color or appearance. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. The applicable NAICS code is 337214. Anticipation award date is on or before December 5, 2007.
