Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. In this proposed contract action the Government intends to sol icit and negotiadte with only one (1) source under authority of FAR 6.302. The proposed contract action is for Reference Lab Testing Services and Supplies. This procurement is slated for KENNEDY KRIEGER INSTITUTE, 707 North Broadway Baltimore, MD 21205. Interested persons may, at their sole discretion, identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit proposals. However, this notice IS NOT a request for competitive proposals. All proposals received prior to the expiration date of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract regardless of the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All information received as re sult of this NOTICE will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This announcement constitutes the only NOTICE; proposals are NOT being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
