- 28 November 2007MEMORANDUM FOR FROM: 668 AESS/PK 1895 5th Street, Building 46 Wright-Patterson AFB OH 45433-7200 SUBJECT: Conference to discuss Draft Request for Proposal ? Variable Speed/Variable Drag Drogue ? FA8629-08-R-2350 1. Following is information regarding the conference to discuss the DRAFT Request for Proposals (RFP) for a variable speed/variable drag drogue. The conference will be held on December 4, 2007, at the Hope Hotel & Conference Center, 10823 Childlaw Road, Wright Patterson AFB, OH 45433. The meeting will take place from 8:00 ? 4:00 p.m. 2.
