For the purpose of this announcement, the Federal Government defines a small business as an entity having 500 employees or less, including affiliates. Small businesses must have the ability to provide Paper Towels; Toilet Paper and Dispensers to VA facilities in all 50 States and Puerto Rico. Small businesses will be required to make deliveries to VA facilities within 10-15 days from date of receipt of order. Successful contractors may be required to allow the distribution of awarded products through VA Prime Vendors for delivery to VA facilities. The minimum item(s) description requirements and values are as follows: ( Small Roll Toilet Tissue: 1. 2 Ply 2. White 3. 3.9" - 4.5" Width by 4.4" - 4.5" Length 4. Range of 400 to 1000 sheets per roll 5. Product must be unscented 6. Vendor must provide Product Specifications Sheet for each product 7. Individually Wrapped 8. Minimum 20% post-consumer waste 9. Packaged in corrugated paper box or shrink wrapped in accordance with commercial practices Estimated Annual Quantities: 14,942 cases Junior Jumbo Toilet Tissue: 1. 2 Ply 2.
